Has my order been processed?
A confirmation email will typically be sent out to you within moments of placing an order. However, if you don't receive one within 24 hours, please check your Spam folder as it may have been flagged. If you're still unable to locate it, do drop us an email with your details at email@example.com.
How are your products packaged?
We hope not to generate plastic waste with your orders, so all our products do not come in individual OPP bags.
How are orders packed?
For domestic orders, we prefer using bubble wrap kraft envelopes during shipping so as to protect your orders from being damaged. For international orders, we depend on what is provided by our local post office; the FlexiPack International option typically comes in plastic envelopes. Boxes will be used for larger orders.
I provided the wrong mailing address!
Unfortunately we will not be able to provide you a refund, but do drop us an email as soon as you realise that you've provided the wrong mailing address, and we will see if it is possible to rectify this error.
Do you provide self pick-ups?
Yes! We're all about using as little resources as possible, so here are our self pick-up details.

Please note that our self pick-up days and timings may vary depending on the week, so please only select this option if you are completely certain that you will be able to make it. Just choose the self pick-up option when making your online purchase and we'll be in contact with you via WhatsApp!
Domestic Orders: What are my shipping options?
FlexiPrepaid From RM 5.00 West M'sia: 2 to 5 business days
East M'sia: 7 to 9 business days
PosLaju From RM 9.00West M'sia: 1 to 2 business days
East M'sia: 2 to 4 business days
All parcels come with online track and trace features, and you will need to sign your parcel upon delivery. Please note that the above table is only an estimate and may vary from order to order, depending on your location and the weight of your order. Prices are calculated at checkout.
International Orders: What are my shipping options?
We currently offer the most cost-effective postal service, FlexiPack International. All orders typically include online tracking and mailbox delivery to your letterbox.
However, if you do not fall under the list of these 65 countries, we will be sending your parcel via Registered tracking, which means that you would have to sign a delivery receipt upon receiving your parcel.

I need a speedier delivery option!
We can definitely arrange to have your parcel sent via EMS, but please bear in mind that the prices will be a lot higher. Please drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to request for a quotation.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes! All orders come with track and trace features.
Where can I track my order?
All orders can be tracked here.
How often do you ship?
All orders will be shipped out within 1 to 4 business days. You will be notified with a tracking number once we have shipped out your order.
It's been more than 12 business days and my order still has not arrived.
Don't panic! First check your tracking number. In the occasion that there are no new updates - especially for international orders - please wait for another 5 business days as your parcel may still be in transit or at customs.
I'm not happy with my order.
We're sorry that you feel that way. We do our best in ensuring that our products are of high quality, and we are very transparent with any defects that may come with the product (especially if you've purchased a Grade B product). Help - I received a defective/incorrect item(s)!
We're so sorry! Please leave all packaging and original tags attached and notify us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of receiving your items. Please include your order number, a description of what's wrong, and photos/videos where necessary.
What's your return/exchange policy?
All purchases made on www.shopmoodoodles.com are final and not eligible for return/exchange.
